Two fires scenes on Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, approximately 23 miles apart. The first four are at a house fire in Sullivan, where a family lost a home to fire at their Quarry Road property for the second time in six years. The last four are at the Red Barn Motel in Milbridge. No one was hurt in either blaze.

A cornered mouse will bite a cat.
This does not reclassify the mouse as a predator or the cat as prey.
Really? ‘cuz from what I’ve seen, a mouse cornered by my cat will just be totally paralyzed with fear, then my cat will stare it down for like half an hour, waiting for it to make a move, before killing it.
My cat is brutal.
One of the great questions of our time came closer to resolution last week, when a federal court ruled that bloggers are journalists—at least when it comes to their First Amendment rights.
The Ninth Circuit ruled as such on Friday in Obsidian Finance Group v. Crystal Cox, a complicated case first decided in 2011. The court found that even though someone might not write for the “institutional press,” they’re entitled to all the protections the Constitution grants journalists.
